My wife Helen likes to write and has a number of published tax articles. All of her tax-related news stories are published in a local Chinese newspaper in the twin cities. If you read mandarin, let us know and we will tell you were to pick up a copy of the newspaper she is published in.

Tax Organizer
The "tax organizer" that is normally sent out is being replaced by a "tax checklist" for our returning customers. The tax checklist is a very short checklist of things you will need for your tax appointment. Please note, if the checklist lists your quick-books report and you don't use quick-books, don't worry about bringing it.
Location
our location is 4250 Central Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421. It is right on Central Avenue (highway 65), so it should be even easy to find! We are directly across from Holiday gas station and south of Rainbow Foods. A sign in the front window reads "Central Tax Service" and is very well lit. In the second window, a neon sign Reads "CPA"
Parking
expanded parking: There is parking to accommodate at least 4 cars. Feel free to park directly in front of the garage or near the front of the building, but please avoid parking in front of other cars in the driveway. Parking has been expanded twice in the last four years to accomidate the growth.
Drop-offs
With a busy schedule, many of our customers mail-in or drop off tax information. Please know that we have a locking mailbox for you to drop off your tax paperwork if you wish.
New Deck
On the south side of the building, we had a large deck that limited the parking space. With the new smaller deck, we have significantly increased the parking space. The city of Columbia Heights signed off on the building permit in August 2011.
